Before clicking the first button for any of the following test scenarios, ensure that you have updated the embedded JS variables for the JWT and user_token (i.e. from a successful /api/v1/init_cs_request request).

Check the "inspector" network tab for details about the requests being sent, and the http codes etc, and look at the console log for response data.
